Hosted on 30 acres of Pacific Northwest cedar forested land with nearby streams, eagles, ravens and deer, we will come together for a transformative journey of body-mind-heart-spirit.
This will be a potent opportunity to experience the medicine within you - your innate capacity for healing, growth, evolution and transformation. Taking time away from the "matrix" of our world and then dropping into something much deeper within you. This is where your medicine lies. Come, bring it forth for your life and our world.
Each day will include morning movement, Breathwave, group sharing and connection, and a personal ritual. Time will be allotted for fun and play too - for visits to the ocean, for a hike or simply to rest and relax under the sun. We will have amazing, fresh and vibrant vegan or vegetarian meals.
Xenia Retreat Centre is a beautiful sanctuary and sacred space that has been tended to and cared for by its matriarch for over 28 years. It is the home to OPA, a grandfather Cedar tree over 1000 years old and also has a labyrinth for walking meditation and prayer. Horses, donkeys and dogs also live here and bring a special medicine to the land.
Lodgings are mostly shared. There are a couple private options. All are comfortable with linens and bedding provided.

Cancelation Policy: No refunds unless covid restrictions prevent travel, or unless attendee comes down with covid and cannot travel. Credit offered if 72+ hours notice of cancellation is given prior to start of th event minus $100 admin fee. Credit valid for one year.
