nourish your heart,
nourish your soul ...
nourish from within.

Self-care is an essential part of being healthy and well.

It enables us to replenish our reserves and give ourselves love and

attention so we can show up as our best selves.

And self-care can get sabotaged. It can be undermined by limiting beliefs, attitudes and behaviours which then results in us not giving ourselves the care we need.

This NOURISH! program is an invitation to self-care that is from the inside out, and also into a journey of self-discovery.

This eight week series with up to a maximum of ten other individuals will be an intimate deep dive of connection, inner reflection and inquiry. Each week we will share about our journeys to self care and the realizations we are coming to through the guided process. There is something very special about doing this together in a small group setting - enabling the development of safety, trust, intimacy and genuine heart connection.

NOURISH! welcomes all people.

  • Cultivate a deeper relationship to self-care that will ripple out into all aspects of your life

" Being a participant in this course gave me an opportunity to explore a deeper connection to myself. It helped me to define my needs, my boundaries and what I hold of true importance in my life. With the gentle focus on self reflection, I was able to get to know myself in deeper ways. It has helped me be more confident and compassionate in the places where I feel most vulnerable. This class is lovingly facilitated and connects you with others who are also on this path of deeper self-exploration, healing and how to befriend one's self. I highly recommend this class to anyone as we all need to Nourish ourselves." - M.

" Christina is a rare soul that is deeply committed to helping women come home to themselves. Her connection to spirit and her ability to express practical ways of relating to life is inspiring and easily applicable. It was a true joy to share such a safe space with other women who are all focused on similar goals. A highlight of my year, and one I would recommend to all who want to deepen their relationship with themselves and those around them. Thank you Christina. "- A.

"I got a lot out of the NOURISH series. I had never participated in anything like it, so had no idea what to expect and what I might experience. Your guidance helped me to focus on a time in my life that I believe is the cause of lasting behaviours - that I would like to change, and negative feelings I want to move forward from. You created a safe environment for these feelings and thoughts to surface in a way that I haven’t experienced before, so thank you. I liked the variety of tools you presented to explore more deeply into ourselves, the breadth of knowledge and the level of compassion you bring to every aspect of your teaching".   ~ NOURISH! attendee, 54 yr woman
