A 30 Day Self-Care Challenge
April 1 - 30, 2022

Back for its second year, this 30 Day Self-Care Challenge continues to evolve and will offer something fresh for returning friends and a
warm welcome to those of you arriving
here for the first time.

You have a choice between two levels of engagement:
JUICY 2.0! and SUPER JUICY 2.0!

SUPER JUICY 2.0! includes additional opportunities for live connection, learning and practice together.

This year you can either design your own self-care commitment(s) or
else join me (Christina) in doing a new one each day! 

The idea behind a new commitment each day is to keep them fresh, fun, do-able and playful -
and also to have them as a source of support and encouragement.

If any of the daily commitments don't work for you, you could simply
do one from a previous day or choose your own.

Self-Care encompasses attitudes, beliefs and actions that support your health and wellbeing. It includes all aspects of your life: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, sexual, relational and financial.


It is an act of personal power and supports you to be your fullest, most alive, most vital self. It is based on the premise that your health and wellbeing are foundational to creating the life you most desire, to accomplishing your goals and manifesting your dreams. 

Self-care is about living a life that is JUICY!




Self-care will support and improve your overall health and wellbeing.

1. It can help you to develop commitment and discipline, better enabling you to show up for yourself and your life.

2. It can help you to get clear about what is most important to you - your priorities, your values, your needs - and to see how you may be getting in the way of them.

3. It better enables you to better meet your needs: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, sexual, relational, financial.


4. It helps you to make yourself a priority in your life. Self-care is not selfish - instead it helps you to keep your cup full and to be more present and resourced for yourself, the people and things that matter most to you.

5. It can help you to learn and practice healthy boundaries.

6. It can help you to develop better self-esteem - to feel better about yourself as you practice self-care every day over time.

7. It can help to build self-worth - you are worth the time, effort and benefits that self-care provides.

8. It enables you to better manage your stress and respond, rather than react in your life.

9. It can help you to better regulate your nervous system and your emotions.

10. It can help you to build resilience and better ride the waves of life.

11. It can help you to build healthier relationships.

12. It enables you to resource, replenish and nourish for your wellbeing.

1. Choose Your Commitment 
Commit to your self-care with a minimum of one commitment every day for 30 days 
If choosing your own, how complex or involved your commitment will be is up to you. And, it is a good idea to start with something small and build it over time. This can give you a better chance of success and feeling good about yourself and your level of  participation. Maybe start with one minute of something and go from there.

2. Complete your Commitment Each Day!
and enjoy the benefits of prioritizing yourself
and your health & wellbeing


3. Chart your victories! (AKA Accountability)

See your progress as you create new habits and let go of old, unhealthy ones. Feel amazing as the fruits of your steady efforts and commitment grow!

Each day you will receive an accountability notification asking you to report your progress for the day.

4. Group Sharing:

 Share with new friends about your experiences, inspirations, and self-care ideas. Build new connections, friendships and be part of this amazing community of heart-centred humans and beautiful souls.



Daily Commitments & Self-Care Videos from yours truly (Christina) offering, and participating with you in, a new commitment each day that will take 5 - 10 minutes max. You could make them longer if you wish. Videos will also include educational and inspirational content intended to support your self-care journey.


Private Online Group Sharing Platform to share self-care photos, videos, inspirations

and stories with your fellow JUICY! companions


Self-Care Code Name: Your personalized self-care code name to respect your privacy


An Opening Livestream Breathwave session for setting your intentions and connecting with the group

Date/Time: Friday April 1st, 5:00 - 6:30 pm pacific time


Accountability Check-in to record your daily victories!


2.5 hours of videos + 1.5 hour Breathwave session = 4 hours content


Financial exchange: $70 USD + 5 % GST



ALL of the above PLUS:

Livestream Wellness Learning and Sharing:
Two 1.5 hour self-care education and group sharing sessions
(3 hours in total)

Livestream Yoga-Stretch:
One 30 minute session per week
(2 hours in total)

Livestream Guided Meditation:
Two 15 minute sessions per week
(2 hours in total)

Livestream Breathwave: 
An additional session on April 30th at the end of the challenge (1.5 hours in total)

SUPER JUICY 2.0! sessions will be

recorded in case you aren't able to attend.

4 hours (JUICY) + 8.5 hours = 12.5 hours

Breathwave is a form of gentle conscious connected breathing done lying down. It is a beautiful practice that can deeply support your self-care, replenish your reserves, release stress and help you to let go of stuck emotions.

All participants are invited to the  Opening Breathwave session on April 1st, 6:30 - 8:00 pm (pacific time) to clearly set  intentions for this challenge while also taking some time for self-care and rebalancing in body-mind-spirit.

And, it's also an opportunity to connect with other beautiful souls who will also be participating in this JUICY! challenge!


This is meant to be a JUICY! journey sprinkled with some

sass, playful laughter and lightness, self-love and care

to fill your heart and soul. 

It can offer you some structure and motivation to follow-through

on your commitments alongside with other amazing humans.

And, It's not about perfection ... it's simply about learning to love ourselves more.

It is intended to bring people together 

and to create more joy and love in the world.

This challenge welcomes all people.

Ideas for Self-Care Commitments

Should you prefer to design your own.

Enjoy and have fun!


  • Nutrition

    • no sugar / caffeine / gluten / dairy / meat​

    • fresh fruits and vegetables every day

    • no processed foods / home-cooked, healthy foods

    • proper hydration - min 8 cups H2O (not incl coffee :)

  • Exercise, dance, movement 

  • Sleep - # hours

  • Pre-sleep care/rituals - at least 1 hour no screen time or TV before bed, hot baths, no stimulants 3- 4 hours before

  • Dental care - tooth flossing, oil pulling

  • Massage, osteopathic, chiropractic

  • Financial - directed resources in a good way


  • Negativity detox - abstinence from mainstream media, limit social media exposure, stop negative bad talk to self and others

  • Learn a new skill

  • Read something intellectually stimulating and enjoyable 

  • Practice self-supporting, constructive, optimistic thinking 

  • Work on one specific self-limiting belief each day for a week or more - expand your possibilities

  • Clear out clutter in your home. Tidy it up every day. Helps to mentally declutter

  • Focus your mind for 15 minutes every day on ONE thing. Train your attention.


  • Quietude - meditation, contemplation, reflection​

  • Journalling

  • Time in nature

  • Creating beauty, surrounding yourself with beauty

  • Prayer, ceremony

  • Gratitude and appreciation

  • Do what gives you joy

  • Breathwork

  • Reading of /listening to inspirational texts/ teachings


  • Connect with your passions and purpose

  • ​Experience pleasure - with yourself and/or another

  • Engage your sensual pleasures through your senses - touch, delicious foods, aromas, colours, textures, music

  • Spark your creativity - let go of perfectionism and create! Do what you love! There are so many forms of creativity: cooking, writing, dancing, building, developing, envisioning, improvising, gardening, painting, singing, drawing, sculpting, photographing, and so many more forms of expression!


  • Self-compassion, kindness, love​, forgiveness

  • Set boundaries and uphold them

  • Establish enough safety before moving to the next step

  • Honour your needs without judgement

  • Self-acceptance  - Allow you to be you

  • Self-appreciation and honouring your victories

  • Establish priorities and create time buffers in your life to allow for more space and ease

  • Do less and include doing more of what is most meaning, satisfaction and fulfillment

  • Honour your truth. Say no when you mean no, and yes when you mean it. Don't people please.
