BREATHE! PRAY! LOVE!

Hosted on 30 acres of Pacific Northwest cedar forested land with nearby streams, eagles, ravens and deer, we will come together together for a sacred journey of body-mind-heart-spirit in communion with nature, with our breath and with ourselves. In our time we will gather in ceremony to honour this sacred land and to embark on our inner medicine journeys. We will be in community - moving, breathing, dancing, praying, eating, and sharing together. We will go into nature and feel, speak with and listen to her. This will be a time of re-alignment ... of reconnecting with the rhythms of life and nature ... and a time of remembering who we truly are.

Each day will include morning movement, Breathwave, group sharing and connection, and a personal ceremony. Time will be allotted for fun and play too - for visits to the ocean, for a hike or simply to rest and relax under the sun. We will have amazing, fresh and colourful vegan or vegetarian meals lovingly cooked by dear Tanner, a beloved breath brother and cook extraordinaire.

Xenia Retreat Centre is a beautiful sanctuary and sacred space that has been tended to and cared for by its matriarch for over 28 years. It is the home to OPA, a grandfather Cedar tree over 1000 years old and also has a labyrinth for walking meditation and prayer. Horses, donkeys and dogs also live here and bring a special medicine to the land.

Lodgings are mostly shared with a couple private options. All are comfortable with linens and bedding provided.
